Drugs gang
Drugs workers in Portsmouth say they are coping with a crisis after dealers descended on the city this summer selling half-price cocaine and heroin.
The gang targeted rehab clinics and homeless people with business cards advertising their cheap deals.
It comes as Portsmouth is revealed in a report as the cheapest place to buy ecstasy in the UK, with prices as low as 50p a pill.
